Climbing to the Next Step at Greenhills Primary School
The students at Greenhills Primary School are a step closer to getter the facilities they deserve after Alchemy Construct Pty Ltd was appointed the builder for the $2.2 million works.
This announcement means that works to upgrade and modernise facilities at Greenhills Primary School including major refurbishment and modernisation of current gymnasium/basketball courts can now begin.
Greenhills Primary School is home to the Greenhills Basketball Club which has excited for over 40 years, with representation in all levels of basketball; juniors and seniors and has approximately 50 teams.
This upgrade will mean that the whole school community will have access to the best possible learning environment and the wider community will also benefit with upgraded facilities for the Greenhills Basketball Club.
The Andrews Government has invested $3.8 billion in delivering more than 1,300 school upgrades and supporting almost 5,000 construction jobs for Victorians.
The Eltham electorate has seen mant of our local school benefit from the record investment by the state Government and this announcement at Greenhills Primary School is a transformative next step.
